The seat does not tilt upward anymore, how can I solve this?
There could be two reasons why the seat won't tilt:
1. The weight might be set too heavy. Try to lowering the weight setting knob at the front, under the seat.
2. If that does not solve the problem, it could be that one of the springs inside the mechanism is broken. In that case, please contact us.
